WHITE CHOCOLATE, CHERRY, COCONUT, MACADAMIA GRANOLA
Beth from Local Milk is at it again, this time using Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE White Chocolate to create a delicious masterpiece that could be served at any time of day. Sprinkle this granola on everything from your morning yogurt to homemade ice cream for a sweet and crunchy combination.
WHITE CHOCOLATE COCONUT TARTS
A tropical twist on a traditional dessert, this tart recipe can be made in mini individual dishes or as one standard-sized tart. Dust with powdered sugar for a simple, yet elegant, presentation.
CLASSIC WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
White chocolate mousse is the epitome of subtle elegance. Serve with whipped cream, fresh fruit, chocolate sauce or curls, and fruit coulis, and let your guests choose their own accouterments. As a secondary option, you can switch out the water in this recipe with white rum for added lusciousness.
3 bars (3.5 ounces each), Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE White Chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup water, warm
2 cups heavy cream
4 egg whites
- Melt the chopped chocolate.
- When melted, stir in the water, and keep stirring until smooth. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until firm and fold it into the melted chocolate.
- In a clean, dry bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff, and carefully fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour in a bowl, or individual serving cups, and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refridegerate for at least 6 hours, but overnight is best!
