INGREDIENTS:
Smoothie:
3 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp agave syrup
Toppings:
2 tbsp goji berries
1 banana, sliced
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup granola
2 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tbsp cacao nibs
4 squares Lindt EXCELLENCE Dark Coconut
DIRECTIONS:
1. Put the 3 1/4 cups frozen blueberries, banana, coconut milk and agave syrup into blender and pulse until smooth.
2. Divide the smoothie between two serving bowls. Top evenly with goji berries, sliced bananas, frozen blueberries, granola, coconut and cacao nibs. Garnish with two squares of Lindt EXCELLENCE Dark Chocolate.
