Golden Globes 2016
2016 marked the first time that Lindt Chocolate was the Official Confection of the Golden Globes.
Being an Official Sponsor of the Globes came with a variety of fun and entertaining activities. First, an impressive showing in the backstage Golden Globes lounge included an over-the-top set-up with imported Swiss pralines and a larger than life Golden Globes statue created by one of the Lindt Master Chocolatiers that clocked in at over 25 pounds! Celebrities enjoyed watching the statue come together while sampling four different types of pralines.
An exclusive limited edition chocolate box also graced the celebrity tables in the ballroom. With rose and gold hues, these exquisite boxes were full of decadent imported Swiss pralines that celebrities enjoyed throughout the show.
Lindt also took on the role of Presenting Sponsor of the Weinstein-Netflix Afterparty. This time, a focus on the Lindt EXCELLENCE dark chocolate line featured a large, modern booth that doubled as a bar. Signature cocktails emulating four Lindt EXCELLENCE bars were served along with a range of EXCELLENCE dark chocolate flavors including Lychee, A Touch of Sea Salt, and classic 70% Dark Cocoa.
Back at home, the Lindt Blogger Council created a sweet and salty snack, tablescape and cocktails, print-at-home game, and a red carpet-worthy outfit perfect for throwing your own viewing party at home!
