INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup heavy cream

1 cup milk

3 tablespoons sugar

Pinch of salt

2 (3.5oz) bars Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, chopped

1.5 tablespoons butter

METHOD:

  1. Heat the cream with the milk, sugar and salt.
  2. Add the chopped chocolate.
  3. Let boil briefly while stirring.
  4. Pour into a bowl and add butter.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Serve over ice cream, or with fruit for dipping.
